Celebrate spring through the lens of Sicily with Primavera Rustica, a seasonal wine dinner highlighting the extraordinary wines of Azienda Agricola COS—one of Italy’s most respected producers of organic, amphora-crafted wines.

Located in Vittoria, Sicily, COS is devoted to transparency in winemaking. Their philosophy is simple: let the land speak. Grapes such as Frappato, Nero d’Avola, Grecanico, Zibibbo, and Moscato are farmed organically and fermented naturally, often in clay amphorae rather than oak or steel.

These are wines designed not to overpower, but to elevate both food and experience.
