About the Event

An interactive, exclusive experience, Table Italiano at Che Figata sees our chefs become storytellers, our patrons become world-travelers and our Chef’s Counter transform into an explorative feast for the senses.

On July 21st, we present Friuli Venezia, northeast Italian region bordering Austria, Slovenia and the Adriatic Sea. It’s home to the sharp-peaked Dolomite Mountains and vineyards producing white wines, and to Prosciutto San Daniele, slightly softer, darker and sweeter than its counterpart from Parma. On Adriatic coast seasonally fresh fish include sardines and anchovies, octopus, calamari, scallops, crab and mussels, sea bass, sea bream and sole
