About the Event
The December stop on our culinary tour is Sardegna. Regional cuisine will be pair with favorite local wines in this multi-course exploration of this island region of Italy known for its mountain landscapes and waterfronts. Sardegna is renowned for its Fresh Lobster, Bottarga, and Porchetta! We will also feature its traditional ragus and braised meats.
Each course of our menu will be paired with a wine except dessert, which is paired with Amaro, an Italian herbal liqueur; check back to see the selected vineyards.
Lamb & Sourdough bread soup, casizolu cheese, pecorino
Pinch of saffron, pork neck ragu, pecorino sardo
Fresh artichokes, fregola, brood (lemon, black pepper, tomato, onions, bottarga
Cannellini beans, tomato, mint, red wine sauce
Fried Semolina dumplings with pecorino, lemon zest, honey
Served with Amaro
