About the Event
Calabria is at the "toe of the boot" - the extreme south of Italy - lapped by the splendid crystal blue Ionian and Tyrrhenian Seas and separated from Sicily by the Strait of Messina.
It also is home to exciting culinary creations such as Nduja salumi, Calabrese peppers, Soppressata, pecorino, Gaggliopo grapes, and Bottegas! We will explore the cuisine of the region, focusing on native ingredients and pairing with local wines.
